	Music: Prelude 12/21 by AFI Size: 30 MB Created: January 2007 Summary: I've been wanting to do a Zan/Liz video for a long time - ever since I read Awakenings by Star2000monkey and Aftermath by Breathless. The idea of Zan is so full of possibilities, I just love it! Besides, as the series went on, Max kinda disappointed. Anyways, so here is my attempt at a Zan and Liz pairing. The idea behind it is that Zan has a connection with Liz (just how Max had a connection with her - he FELT she was his soul mate). Same idea. So, when Zan gets shoved under the truck, his soul calls out to Liz. He sees her and she gets a vision of what happens to him. Liz feels in her gut that Zan's still alive and feels a connection to him like the one that was rapidly fading with Max - but nobody else believes that Zan's alive. Meanwhile, Zan's recovering in the hospital and thinking non-stop about Liz. When he's finally well enough, he sets out to find her. Meanwhile, Liz is still searching for proof that Zan is alive somewhere and then she gets a note and a phone message that confirm what her heart has been telling her all along. Zan is alive. (Seriously, I love them all, but…) The vid is a Liz POV about how all the superficial, stupid, bimbos are just that- superficial, stupid, bimbos who are only concerned with their looks and being perfect little sex kittens for guys. I really liked the way Liz was portrayed (more in the beginning than later on, unfortunately) as a smart, shy, geeky kinda girl. All the other girls were really aggressive with their looks and flirtations with guys, but Liz got to just be herself. You go girl! ^_^ The video includes mostly clips from Season 1 with a few ‘special projects’ clips thrown in as well as some clips from P!nk’s original video to help express the outrage at how ridiculous everyone is acting. 	Music: I had originally planned on using only the American Beauty song, but I soon realized that I was trying to capture 3 different experiences- and they just didn’t all fit with that one song. So, the video ended up being kinda split into 3 parts by the three songs. The first part is the Theme from My Girl, used to express the wonderful, carefree beginning of Max and Liz’s relationship. The second part uses the Plastic Bag Theme from American Beauty to express the loneliness and heartache that comes after Liz finds out that she is pregnant. The final song is Ooh Child by Beth Orton- used to express the healing process. Size: 19 MB Created: June 2005 Summary: This is my attempt at making a video where Liz becomes pregnant. I wanted to use audio clips from the show to help tell the story which is why the music is more subdued than I usually prefer. I apologize for the length; I tried to cut as much out as I could. It used to be 20 minutes ^_^ I’ve managed to squeeze it down to 10, and I hope it’s turned out ok. Hopefully the story tells itself, but basically Max and Liz meet, start dating, and have sex. Just after Max breaks up with Liz, she finds out she’s pregnant. She doesn’t tell Max right away, but, rather, confides in an old friend. While still trying to figure out what she is going to do, she decides she must tell Max about the baby. Unexpectedly, disaster strikes soon after and there are complications with the baby. Max and Liz are torn apart. After the loss of an unplanned child, can they find their way back to each other? What if he had been on the brink of killing himself and nobody noticed? Everywhere he looks, life just seems to suck and he starts imagining what things would be like if he committed suicide (the parts in black and white). But maybe, just maybe, someone will notice him and take the time to care how he is doing- before it is too late. Depression is a very serious, damaging disease and I don't think it gets enough recognition as such. When people are just left to stew in their own minds for so long that all that loneliness and sadness reaches the breaking point, there can be devastating consequences. This is why it is important to reach out to the people around you. It can be as simple as asking someone how they are doing and really caring about the answer. You never know- the simplest act of caring and understanding could make a world of difference.
